For example, BefuBefa may determine whether you have breached the contract based on your login information, there lationship between user data and massive user data, and the normal consumption, transaction habits, express logistics industry habits, and commonsense of ordinary people; you are obliged to provide sufficient evidence and reasonable explanation for your data anomalies, otherwise you will be deemed to have breached the contract.
(II) Measuresfor handling breach of contract
If BefuBefa.com discovers or receives reports fro mothers that you have violated the provisions of this Agreement or have committed any malicious acts, BefuBefa has the right to delete or block the relevan tcontent at any time without notice, and impose penalties on the offending account, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions or prohibitions on the use of some or all functions, depending on the circumstances of the behavior.
If your actions on the BefuBefa platform, or actions that have not been implemented on the BefuBefa platform but have an impact on the BefuBefa platform and its users constitute a breach of contract, BefuBefa may take measures including but not limited to suspending the provision of some or all services to you, deducting losses and liquidated damages, etc. inaccordance with the relevant rules. If your actions constitute a fundamental breach of contract, in addition to the aforementioned relevant measures, BefuBefa may close or cancel your account and terminate the service to you
BefuBefahas the right to publicize the above-mentioned measures for handling your breach of contract and other illegal information confirmed by effective legal documents of national administrative or judicial authorities on the BefuBefa platform.
(iii)Liability
If your behavior causes BefuBefa and/or its affiliates to suffer losses (including direct economic losses, loss of goodwill and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement, attorney fees, litigation fees, etc. paid to external parties), you shall compensate BefuBefa and/or its affiliates for all of the above losses. If your behavior exposes BefuBefa and/or its affiliates to suffer claims from a third party, BefuBefa and/or its affiliates may seek compensation from you for all losses after assuming obligations such as monetary payments to the third party.
VIII. Termination of Agreement
(I) Termination Circumstances
You have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following ways:
1. When you meet the account cancellation conditions announced by BefuBefa Platform, you cancel your account through the website;
2.You stop using and expressly do not want to accept the changes before the changes take effect;
3. You expressly indicate that you are unwilling to continue to use the BefuBefa platform services and meet the termination conditions of the BefuBefa platform.
In the following circumstances, BefuBefa may notify you to terminate this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement:
1. You violate the provisions of this Agreement and BefuBefa terminates this Agreement in accordance with the breach of contract clause;
2. You steal other people's accounts,publish prohibited information, defraud other people's property, disrupt the market order, and take unfair means to make profits, etc., BefuBefa closes your account in accordance with the BefuBefa platform rules;
3. In addition to the above circumstances, BefuBefa closes your account in accordance with the BefuBefa platform rules for your repeatedly violation of the relevant provisions of the BefuBefa platform rules and the circumstances are serious;
4. Other circumstances where the service should be terminated.
(II) Processing after the termination of the agreement
After the termination of this agreement, BefuBefa still enjoys the following rights:
1. Retain relevant information that the platform should retain in accordance with legal provisions;
2. For your past breach of contract,BefuBefa can still pursue the responsibility of breach of contract from you in accordance with this Agreement.
3. After the termination of this agreement, for the transaction orders generated by you during the survival of this agreement, BefuBefa may notify the counterparty and decide whether to close such transaction orders according to the counter party's wishes; if the counter party requests to continue to fulfill, you shall continue to perform the provisions of this agreement and the transaction orders for such transaction orders, and bear any losses or increased expenses incurred thereby.
IX.Ownership and Intellectual Property
Once you accept this Agreement, you grant BefuBefa and its affiliates free of charge an irrevocable, worldwide, exclusive license to use the copyright (including but not limited to: the right of reproduction, distribution, rental, exhibition,performance, screening, broadcasting, information network dissemination,filming, adaptation, translation, compilation and other permissible rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner), portrait rights, user ID names and other related legal rights and interests for any form of information content such as text, comments, images, photos, videos, audio, etc. (including but not limited to customer evaluations, customer consultations, various topic articles, etc.) that you provide, upload, create and publish on this website until the end of the protection period. BefuBefa has the right to collect evidence and file lawsuits against third parties for infringement in its own name. You agree that BefuBefa and its affiliates have the right to store, use, reproduce,modify, edit, publish, display, translate, distribute, promote, publish,distribute, information network transmission of the content of your above information, and the right to adapt and create derivative works, and incorporate the above information into other works in the form, media, or technology that is known or developed in the future.
(II) BefuBefa has the right to sublicense all the rights in Article IX, Paragraph (I) toother third parties.

Otherwise,BefuBefa has the right to take measures including but not limited to deletion and disconnection of links at any time.
(IV) This Agreement constitutes a written agreement for the licensing of copyright and other rights as stipulated in Article 26 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China (the article number is determined in accordance with the 2020revised version of the Copyright Law) and relevant laws, and its effectiveness applies to any work content protected by copyright law that you post on this website, regardless of whether such content was created before or after the conclusion of this Agreement.
(V) You agree and fully understand the terms of this Agreement and promise not to publish the information published on this website in any form or authorize other entities to use it in any way (including but not limited to use on various websites and media).
