(V) Update and Maintenance
You shall update the information you provide in a timely manner. If the law clearly stipulates that BefuBefa, as a platform service provider, must verify the information of some users,BefuBefa will check and verify your information from time to time in accordance with the law, and you shall cooperate to provide the latest, true, complete and valid information.
If BefuBefa fails to contact you according to the information you provided last time, you fail to provide information in a timely manner as required by BefuBefa, the information you provided is obviously untrue, or the administrative and judicial authorities verify that the information you provided is invalid, you will bear all losses and adverse consequences caused to yourself, others and BefuBefa. BefuBefa may issue you a notice of inquiry or rectification, and require you to re-authenticate, until it suspends orterminates the provision of some or all BefuBefa platform services to you, and BefuBefa shall not be liable for this.
(VI) Account Management
1. Since your BefuBefa account is associated with your personal information and BefuBefa Platform business information, your BefuBefa account is for your personal use only. You shall be responsible for all the results of your actions under your account and shall not transfer it in any way. Otherwise, BefuBefa Platform has the right to pursue your breach of contract liability, and you shall bear all there sponsibilities and consequences arising therefrom. You shall also bear the consequences of your direct or indirect authorization of a third party to use your BefuBefa Platform account or obtain information under your account. If BefuBefa Platform determines that the use of your BefuBefa Platform account may endanger the security of your account and/or the security of BefuBefa Platform information according to the breach of contract identification procedures and standards stipulated in the BefuBefa Platform Rules, BefuBefa Platform may refuse to provide the corresponding services or terminate this Agreement.
2. Your account is set up and kept by you. BefuBefa will not request you to provide your account and password at any time. Therefore, it is recommended that you keep your account safe and ensure that you log out and leave the BefuBefa Platform in the correct steps at the end of each online session.
3. BefuBefa does not assume any responsibility for the losses and consequences caused by your active disclosure of the account or due to attacks, fraud, etc. by others. You should seek compensation from the infringer through judicial, administrative and other relief channels. Ifyou find any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the BefuBefa platform or other situations that may cause your account to be stolen or lost, it is recommended that you notify BefuBefa immediately. You understand that it will take a reasonable time for BefuBefa to take action on any request you make, and the actions taken by BefuBefa at your request may not be able to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences ofinfringement. BefuBefa will not be liable unless there is a statutory fault on the part of BefuBefa.
(VII) Account cancellation
If you need to terminate the use of BefuBefa account services, you can apply to cancel your account if the following conditions are met: (1) You can only apply to cancel your own account and cancel it in accordance with the "BefuBefa Account Cancellation Notice"; (2) You shall still be responsible for your behavior during the period of using BefuBefa.com account services before the cancellation of your account. Please be reminded that if you apply to agree to cancel your account,it will be deemed that you have given up your account information and the assets, virtual rights, etc. of the account on the BefuBefa platform, and BefuBefa will not be able to restore the aforementioned services for you. This may cause inconvenience to your claim for after-sales service.
IV.BefuBefa Platform Services
You have the right to enjoy the browsing, collection, purchase and evaluation, distribution and delivery, platform events, transaction dispute resolution, information exchange and sharing of goods and/or services on the BefuBefa platform. You can log in to the BefuBefa platform for details.
(I) Browsing and collection of goods and/or services
When you browse ourwebsite or the Application, BefuBefa provides you with information classification,keyword search, screening, collection and following functions to better match your needs. You can collect and add goods and/or services that you are interested in to your shopping cart, and follow the stores/brands that you are interested in.
(II)Purchase and evaluation of goods and/or services
1.When you purchase goods and/or services on the BefuBefa platform, please carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size, contact address,telephone number, consignee and other information. If the consignee is you, the consignee's behavior and intention shall be deemed as your behavior and intention, and you shall bear joint and several liability for the legal consequences of the consignee's behavior and intention.
