I.Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms
(I)The ownership and operation rights of various electronic services on the BefuBefa website (referring to the relevant websites and client applications legally owned and operated by Coreal UNITED GROUP LIMITED and its affiliates,hereinafter referred to as "this website" or "BefuBefa platform"or "platform")belong to "BefuBefa". The services provided by this website will be strictly implemented in full accordance with the service terms and operating rules published by it. When you confirm all service terms and complete the registration procedure, this agreement will be established between you and this website and take legal effect, and you will become an official user of this website.
(II)BefuBefa platform operators refer to the various legal entities operating the BefuBefa platform. BefuBefa may change or add new ones according to the platform business adjustments.You can check the license information published at the bottom of the home page of each BefuBefa platform website at any time to determine the BefuBefa entity that will perform the contract with you.
(III)BefuBefa Platform Privacy Policy, Platform Rules, and any separate agreements are all supplementary agreements to this Agreement, which are inseparable from this Agreement and have the same legal effect. If you use the BefuBefa Platform Services,you are deemed to have agreed to the above-mentioned supplementary agreements.
(IV)When you use a specific service on this website, the service may have a separate agreement, related business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Separate Agreements"). Please read and agree to there levant separate agreements before using the service; your use of the aforementioned specific services is deemed to have read and agreed to accept the relevant separate agreements.
(V)According to changes in national laws and regulations and the needs of the operation of this website, BefuBefa has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement and related rules from time to time. The modified content will be announced on this website in any form in accordance with the law and replace the previous related content. You should pay attention to changes in the announcements, prompt information, agreements, rules and other related content of this website from time to time. You know and confirm that if you do not agree with the updated content, you should stop using this website immediately; if you continue to use this website, it is deemed to be aware of the changes and agree to accept them.
(VI)Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, BefuBefa does not make any form,express or implied representations or warranties (except as otherwise provided by the laws of the People's Republic of China) regarding the operation of this website and the information, content, materials, products (including software)or services contained on this website.
(VII)Please read the terms in bold in this agreement carefully. Clicking the"Agree" button is deemed to be your full acceptance of this agreement. Please confirm again that you have known and fully understood all the contents of this agreement before clicking.
II.Service Notice
(I)This website uses its own operating system to provide users with services such as purchasing goods through the international Internet. To use this website,you must:
1. Equip yourself with the necessary equipment for Internet access, including personal mobile phones, tablet computers, modems, routers, etc.;
2. Bear the telephone charges and network charges related to this service paid by personal Internet access;
3.Choose the software version that matches the installed terminal device,including but not limited to IOS, Android, HarmonyOS, Windows and other application versions released by BefuBefa.
(II) About the acquisition and update of mobile client software:
1. You can obtain the BefuBefa Application directly from the BefuBefa website, or from a third party authorized by BefuBefa. If you obtain the BefuBefa Application or the installation program with the same name as the BefuBefa mobile client software from a third party not authorized by BefuBefa., BefuBefa cannot guarantee that the Application can be used successfully and will not be responsible for any losses caused to you;
2. In order to improve user experience and improve service content, BefuBefa will continue to work hard to develop new services and provide you with BefuBefa Application updates from time to time. After the new version is released, the old version of the software may not be available. BefuBefa does not guarantee that the old version of the BefuBefa Application will continue to be available and provide corresponding customer services. Please check and download the latest version at any time.
III.Account Registration, Management and Use
(I)User qualifications
You confirm that before you start the registration process to use the BefuBefa platform services, you must have the civil capacity for conduct that is consistent with your behavior as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity for conduct that is consistent with your behavior, you need to be supervised by your guardian to register and use this website, and you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting from this in accordance with the law.
In addition, you must ensure that you are not subject to trade restrictions, economic sanctions or other legal and regulatory restrictions imposed by any country, region or international organization, and have not directly or indirectly provided funds,goods or services to the aforementioned objects, otherwise you should stop using the BefuBefa platform services. At the same time, you understand that violating the above requirements may cause you to be unable to register and use the BefuBefa platform services successfully.
(II)Account Registration
1. Afteryou fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page,read and agree to this Agreement and complete all registration procedures, youcan obtain a BefuBefa account and become a BefuBefa platform user. The BefuBefa account name/nickname/avatar you set shall not violate the PRC laws and regulations and the relevant rules of the BefuBefa platform regarding the management of account registration. You shall not open an account in the name of others (including but not limited to impersonating others' names, titles, font sizes, avatars,etc. or taking other methods that are confusing) without the permission of others, and you shall not maliciously register a BefuBefa account. Otherwise, BefuBefa has the right to refuse to set or collect your account name/nickname. The collection of the account name does not affect your ability to log in to the BefuBefa platform with your email or mobile phone number and use the BefuBefa platform services.
2. In principle, the BefuBefa platform only allows each user to use one BefuBefa account. If there is evidence or BefuBefa determines that you have improperly registered or improperly used multiple BefuBefa accounts according to the BefuBefa platform rules, the BefuBefa platform may take measures such as freezing or closing accounts, canceling orders, and refusing to provide services. If you cause losses to the BefuBefa platform and related parties, you shall also bear the liability for compensation.
3.When using the BefuBefa platform services, you should provide your information(including your name and email address, contact number, contact address, etc.)accurately and completely according to the prompts on the BefuBefa platform page so that BefuBefa or other service providers could reach out to you successfully. You understand and agree that you are obligated to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.
(III)Account Login
You have the right to log in to the BefuBefa platform using the BefuBefa user name, mobile phone number (here in after referred to as "Account Name") and password (Account Name and Password are collectively referred to as "Account") that you set or confirmed, or through authorization to use the third-party software or platform user account (such as WeChat account, QQ account, etc.) that you legally own,except where the third-party software or platform has restrictions or prohibitions on this. When you log in with the aforementioned existing account,the relevant terms of this Agreement shall also apply.
You understand and agree thatin addition to logging in to the BefuBefa platform, you can also use the BefuBefa accountto log in to other software and Applications provided by BefuBefa and its affiliates or other partners. When you log in to the aforementioned software and Applications with the BefuBefa account, you shall also be subject to the user agreement and other agreement terms of the actual provider of other software and services.
(IV) Real-name Authentication
As the operator of the BefuBefa platform, in order to enable you to better use the various services of the BefuBefa platform and to ensure the security of your account, BefuBefa may require you to complete real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
